En entrevista con N\u00e9stor Morales en <em>Ma\u00f1anas Blu<\/em>, inform\u00f3 que ya est\u00e1n acreditados cerca de <strong>750.000 testigos<\/strong> para el pr\u00f3ximo domingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTenemos hasta el d\u00eda del domingo en la noche cerca de 750.000 testigos\u201d, destac\u00f3 Quiroz, recordando que hace cuatro a\u00f1os la cifra apenas llegaba a 200.000 en todo el pa\u00eds. Este notable incremento se atribuye a la <strong>nueva plataforma digital de postulaci\u00f3n y acreditaci\u00f3n<\/strong> implementada por el CNE, dise\u00f1ada para facilitar la inscripci\u00f3n de observadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs la primera vez que lanzamos esta plataforma, porque entendimos que los testigos electorales son el actor fundamental en las elecciones. Son personas de carne y hueso vigilando los comicios\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la entrevista, Quiroz tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a la <strong>posibilidad de impugnaci\u00f3n de mesas de votaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, luego de que el presidente Gustavo Petro sugiriera medidas para garantizar transparencia en el escrutinio. En Colombia estar\u00e1n habilitadas <strong>125.000 mesas de votaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en los 32 departamentos y 1.104 municipios, y los testigos electorales podr\u00e1n impugnar mesas \u00fanicamente cuando exista una <strong>causal objetiva establecida por la normativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi un testigo encuentra un error u objeci\u00f3n, debe impugnar la mesa en ese momento\u201d, explic\u00f3. Entre las causales se incluyen inconsistencias en el formulario E-14, errores matem\u00e1ticos en el conteo, ausencia de firmas de jurados o irregularidades en las tarjetas electorales.
