{"id":94883,"date":"2026-03-06T04:48:34","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T09:48:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94883"},"modified":"2026-03-06T04:48:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T09:48:35","slug":"campesinos-huilenses-a-formalizar-sus-predios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/campesinos-huilenses-a-formalizar-sus-predios\/","title":{"rendered":"Campesinos huilenses, a formalizar sus predios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila invit\u00f3 a los pobladores rurales del departamento a aprovechar el programa de formalizaci\u00f3n de la propiedad rural, una estrategia que brinda acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico y jur\u00eddico para obtener el t\u00edtulo de propiedad de sus predios, adem\u00e1s de beneficios como la exenci\u00f3n en el pago de impuestos de registro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El coordinador del Plan de Ordenamiento Productivo y Social de la Propiedad Rural, John Garay Suaza, explic\u00f3 que el proceso permite resolver situaciones como sucesiones no finalizadas, compraventas inconclusas o escrituras que nunca fueron registradas, a trav\u00e9s de la llamada \u201cruta notarial\u201d, que facilita completar el tr\u00e1mite hasta la escrituraci\u00f3n y registro ante instrumentos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el marco de este programa tambi\u00e9n se adelanta un convenio con Ecopetrol para formalizar hasta 150 predios rurales en municipios del \u00e1rea de influencia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda como Aipe, Neiva, Palermo, Tello, Yaguar\u00e1 y Villavieja. Adem\u00e1s, cerca de 3.000 campesinos han sido sensibilizados entre 2024 y 2025 sobre las ventajas de formalizar sus tierras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n cuenta con el respaldo de la Asamblea Departamental del Huila, que aprob\u00f3 las ordenanzas 05 de 2024 y 039 de 2025, mediante las cuales se otorga la exenci\u00f3n del impuesto de registro a los campesinos que se vinculen al programa.
