{"id":94897,"date":"2026-03-06T10:53:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T15:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=94897"},"modified":"2026-03-06T10:53:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T15:53:08","slug":"medidas-a-nivel-nacional-por-las-elecciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/medidas-a-nivel-nacional-por-las-elecciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Medidas a nivel nacional por las elecciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A pocos d\u00edas de la jornada electoral en Colombia, los ciudadanos se preparan para elegir a los nuevos integrantes del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia y participar en las consultas interpartidistas que definir\u00e1n parte del panorama rumbo a las elecciones presidenciales de mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el fin de garantizar el orden p\u00fablico durante los comicios del pr\u00f3ximo 8 de marzo, el Gobierno nacional expidi\u00f3 el Decreto 0188 de 2026, que establece una serie de medidas de seguridad. Estas disposiciones tambi\u00e9n se aplicar\u00e1n para la primera vuelta de las elecciones de Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia, programada para el 31 de mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las principales medidas se encuentra la ley seca, que ordena restringir la venta y el consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas desde las 6:00 p. m. del s\u00e1bado 7 de marzo hasta el mediod\u00eda del lunes 9 de marzo. La restricci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 ser aplicada por los alcaldes en todo el pa\u00eds con el objetivo de preservar la seguridad antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de la jornada electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se dispuso el cierre de los pasos terrestres y fluviales en las fronteras desde las 6:00 p. m. del 7 de marzo hasta las 6:00 a. m. del 9 de marzo de 2026, medida que solo tendr\u00e1 excepciones en casos de fuerza mayor o emergencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El decreto tambi\u00e9n proh\u00edbe la difusi\u00f3n de propaganda pol\u00edtica, entrevistas de promoci\u00f3n electoral, manifestaciones p\u00fablicas y la publicaci\u00f3n de encuestas en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n durante los d\u00edas de votaci\u00f3n.
