Adem\u00e1s, contamos con 1.077.000 testigos electorales, comparados con los 260.000 de la jornada anterior, sin incidentes mayores\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quiroz expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n por el desarrollo de las elecciones y la fortaleza institucional. \u201cCreo que lo hicimos muy bien, me siento tranquilo y agradezco a todos los colombianos por salir a votar\u201d, afirm\u00f3. Asimismo, destac\u00f3 la labor de m\u00e1s de 8.800 observadores internacionales, quienes validaron la transparencia del proceso: \u201cConsolidamos algo evidente: somos la democracia m\u00e1s fuerte de Am\u00e9rica Latina\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre el escrutinio, el funcionario indic\u00f3 que ya se encuentra en marcha y que esperan contar con los resultados lo antes posible. \u201cEl primer d\u00eda de escrutinio fue ayer, de 4:00 p.m. a 12 de la noche, y no hubo actas. Hoy comenzaremos con las actas de la curul internacional. No puedo dar una fecha exacta, pero trabajaremos sin parar\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los formularios E-14, Quiroz asegur\u00f3 que est\u00e1n correctamente digitalizados y descart\u00f3 cualquier alerta o problema con su manejo.
