La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, en articulaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana y l\u00edderes comunitarios, realiz\u00f3 un consejo comunitario de seguridad en el barrio Brisas del Sena con el prop\u00f3sito de escuchar a la ciudadan\u00eda y definir acciones frente a las problem\u00e1ticas que afectan la tranquilidad en el norte de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el encuentro, en el que participaron tambi\u00e9n la Personer\u00eda, el ICBF, ESIP y representantes de la empresa Ciudad Limpia, la comunidad expuso preocupaciones relacionadas principalmente con el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en espacios p\u00fablicos, incluso en zonas frecuentadas por ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El comandante de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, coronel H\u00e9ctor Jairo Betancourt Rojas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos espacios permiten identificar directamente las necesidades de los habitantes y coordinar respuestas conjuntas entre autoridades y comunidad. Asimismo, destac\u00f3 la importancia de que los ciudadanos conozcan los canales de comunicaci\u00f3n con las patrullas asignadas a cada sector para reportar situaciones que afecten la seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el secretario de Gobierno de Neiva, Jos\u00e9 Ferney Ducuara Castro, anunci\u00f3 que uno de los principales compromisos es avanzar en la construcci\u00f3n del CAI de Villa Cecilia, infraestructura que busca fortalecer la presencia policial en esta zona del norte de la ciudad. Adem\u00e1s, indic\u00f3 que se intensificar\u00e1n los operativos contra el consumo de estupefacientes y los patrullajes preventivos para reducir delitos como el hurto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las autoridades tambi\u00e9n informaron que pr\u00f3ximamente se implementar\u00e1 en este sector la estrategia Polic\u00eda al Barrio<\/strong>, mediante la cual uniformados en bicicleta recorrer\u00e1n parques, escenarios deportivos y sectores residenciales para mejorar la cobertura del servicio policial y fortalecer el trabajo conjunto con la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de los compromisos adquiridos, al d\u00eda siguiente del encuentro se realizaron operativos en barrios como Los Pinos, Prado Norte y Brisas del Sena, as\u00ed como en sectores como Mirador de Algarrobo y San Pablo. Durante estas intervenciones se llevaron a cabo patrullajes, registro a personas y veh\u00edculos y verificaci\u00f3n de antecedentes con el fin de prevenir delitos y mejorar la seguridad en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
