{"id":95326,"date":"2026-03-16T15:31:37","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T20:31:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=95326"},"modified":"2026-03-16T15:31:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T20:31:38","slug":"vuelven-las-acciones-en-el-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/vuelven-las-acciones-en-el-congreso\/","title":{"rendered":"Vuelven las acciones en el Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este 17 de marzo vuelve a sesionar el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia para iniciar el \u00faltimo periodo legislativo del cuatrienio 2022-2026, antes de la posesi\u00f3n del nuevo Congreso elegido en los recientes comicios. Los actuales congresistas estar\u00e1n en funciones hasta el 20 de junio, mientras que la nueva legislatura se instalar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 20 de julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El periodo ser\u00e1 clave para el gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro, pues representa el \u00faltimo margen para intentar sacar adelante iniciativas pendientes del Ejecutivo. Sin embargo, el ambiente pol\u00edtico se da en medio de las campa\u00f1as presidenciales rumbo a la primera vuelta del 31 de mayo, lo que podr\u00eda restar atenci\u00f3n al tr\u00e1mite de proyectos de ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arranque de sesiones tambi\u00e9n se da con dos curules vac\u00edas tras la captura de los representantes Wadith Manzur, del Partido Conservador, y Karen Manrique, representante de las curules de paz (CITREP) por Arauca, ambos investigados dentro del esc\u00e1ndalo de corrupci\u00f3n relacionado con la Unidad Nacional para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En contraste, regresa a su esca\u00f1o el senador Alex\u00e1nder L\u00f3pez Maya, luego de que la Corte Constitucional de Colombia determinara que no incurri\u00f3 en doble militancia, como lo hab\u00eda se\u00f1alado anteriormente la Consejo de Estado de Colombia en 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la agenda inmediata, la Comisi\u00f3n Primera del Senado debatir\u00e1 un proyecto de ley para reformar el ICETEX, mientras que la plenaria del Senado se reunir\u00e1 para la aprobaci\u00f3n de actas. Adem\u00e1s, la Comisi\u00f3n Tercera de la C\u00e1mara realizar\u00e1 un homenaje p\u00f3stumo al representante Di\u00f3genes Quintero, fallecido recientemente en un accidente a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los temas que podr\u00edan reactivarse en este \u00faltimo periodo est\u00e1n el proyecto para crear la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Agraria y la posible reactivaci\u00f3n de la reforma a la salud, cuya apelaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 resolverse en la plenaria del Senado tras haber sido archivada en 2025.
