polic\u00eda por uso de la fuerza con su arma de dotaci\u00f3n en procedimiento"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n sancion\u00f3 con destituci\u00f3n e inhabilidad general por el t\u00e9rmino de diez a\u00f1os al agente de la Polic\u00eda Cristian Andr\u00e9s Chica G\u00f3mez, por exceder el uso de la fuerza con su arma de dotaci\u00f3n durante un procedimiento policial ocurrido el 16 de mayo de 2021 en el municipio de La Plata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fallo de primera instancia, la Procuradur\u00eda Provincial de Juzgamiento de Neiva estableci\u00f3 que, durante la diligencia, Chica G\u00f3mez arremeti\u00f3 verbal y f\u00edsicamente contra una de las personas que se encontraba en el lugar, y le caus\u00f3 una lesi\u00f3n en la cara con un objeto contundente (la tonfa o bast\u00f3n policial) y accion\u00f3 su arma de dotaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el \u00f3rgano de control, pese a que durante la diligencia el agente fue herido con un arma cortopunzante, este debi\u00f3 mantener el autocontrol y la neutralidad, pues al momento de ocurrir el forcejeo y de dispararle a la v\u00edctima, esta se encontraba desarmada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa fuerza que utiliz\u00f3 al lesionar a la v\u00edctima con su tonfa y luego en el forcejeo accionando su arma de fuego no fue proporcional ni racional sino simplemente impulsiva, lo cual no se espera de un miembro del cuerpo de polic\u00eda\u201d, sostuvo el Ministerio P\u00fablico en el fallo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por esos hechos el \u00f3rgano de control calific\u00f3 la conducta cometida por Chica
