Tras una rigurosa auditor\u00eda bajo est\u00e1ndares internacionales, la Cl\u00ednica Medilaser obtuvo la certificaci\u00f3n ISO 45001, un reconocimiento que avala su gesti\u00f3n en seguridad y salud en el trabajo y la posiciona como referente nacional en la protecci\u00f3n de su talento humano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El certificado fue otorgado por el ICONTEC, luego de verificar el cumplimiento de est\u00e1ndares internacionales en un sector caracterizado por altos niveles de riesgo ocupacional, como lo es el de la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La entrega del reconocimiento estuvo a cargo de Olga Luc\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez, representante de ICONTEC en el Huila, quien destac\u00f3 el compromiso institucional. \u201cEsta certificaci\u00f3n evidencia el esfuerzo del equipo directivo y del personal implementador, as\u00ed como una organizaci\u00f3n enfocada en el bienestar de sus colaboradores\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alcance de esta certificaci\u00f3n no se limita a Neiva, sino que tambi\u00e9n cobija las operaciones de la cl\u00ednica en Tunja y Florencia, fortaleciendo su modelo de gesti\u00f3n integral en seguridad laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En un entorno como el sector salud, donde existe exposici\u00f3n constante a riesgos f\u00edsicos, biol\u00f3gicos y emocionales, la certificaci\u00f3n ISO 45001 representa una garant\u00eda de que la instituci\u00f3n implementa medidas efectivas para prevenir accidentes laborales, enfermedades profesionales y promover entornos de trabajo seguros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La vicepresidenta de Talento Humano, Anyi Lorena Osso Losada, destac\u00f3 la exigencia del proceso. \u201cEste resultado confirma que trabajamos de manera estructurada por el cuidado de nuestros colaboradores, con enfoque en la prevenci\u00f3n y el mejoramiento continuo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La directiva agreg\u00f3 que este avance se articula con la ruta hacia la acreditaci\u00f3n en salud, uno de los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de la instituci\u00f3n, y refuerza su compromiso tanto con los pacientes como con su equipo de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, la certificaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n env\u00eda un mensaje al sistema de salud: la calidad en la atenci\u00f3n est\u00e1 estrechamente ligada a las condiciones laborales del personal asistencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
