En un acto que resalt\u00f3 el papel de las mujeres en la transformaci\u00f3n social, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de la Mujer, Infancia y Desarrollo Social y el Consejo Comunitario de Mujeres, realiz\u00f3 una nueva edici\u00f3n del Premio a la Virtud de la Mujer Neivana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada, desarrollada el 28 de marzo de 2026, reuni\u00f3 a 18 mujeres postuladas por su trabajo comunitario y aporte al desarrollo de la ciudad. El proceso de selecci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo de un jurado integrado por representantes de distintos sectores, quienes evaluaron criterios como trayectoria, impacto social, liderazgo y compromiso con sus comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras la evaluaci\u00f3n, seis finalistas fueron seleccionadas y, entre ellas, se definieron los tres primeros lugares. El tercer puesto fue para Sandra Fierro Ordo\u00f1ez, reconocida por su labor con adultos mayores del barrio San Mart\u00edn. El segundo lugar lo obtuvo Linda Paola Medina Charry, destacada por su acompa\u00f1amiento a mujeres v\u00edctimas de desaparici\u00f3n forzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El primer puesto fue otorgado a Tania Piedad Retamart Salamanca, quien ha liderado procesos sociales en beneficio de poblaciones vulnerables desde el barrio Olaya Herrera. Las ganadoras recibieron incentivos econ\u00f3micos como reconocimiento a su labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La secretaria de la Mujer, Infancia y Desarrollo Social, Clara Eugenia Pe\u00f1a, destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de las postuladas y el impacto de sus iniciativas en la construcci\u00f3n de tejido social en el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con este tipo de iniciativas, la administraci\u00f3n municipal busca fortalecer el liderazgo femenino y promover una sociedad m\u00e1s equitativa e incluyente, reconociendo el papel clave de las mujeres en el desarrollo de Neiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
