{"id":96046,"date":"2026-03-31T04:50:40","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T09:50:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=96046"},"modified":"2026-03-31T04:50:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T09:50:40","slug":"terpel-y-su-contrato-con-ecopetrol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/terpel-y-su-contrato-con-ecopetrol\/","title":{"rendered":"Terpel y su contrato con Ecopetrol"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Terpel confirm\u00f3 la firma de un contrato de suministro de combustibles con Ecopetrol, que entrar\u00e1 en vigencia a partir del 1 de abril de 2026, seg\u00fan informaron ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo contempla la provisi\u00f3n de una amplia gama de productos energ\u00e9ticos, entre ellos ACPM y mezclas de di\u00e9sel, di\u00e9sel marino \u2014con o sin biodi\u00e9sel\u2014, as\u00ed como gasolina corriente y extra, tanto de origen nacional como importado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los aspectos destacados del contrato es la inclusi\u00f3n de gasolina extra con compensaci\u00f3n de carbono producida en el pa\u00eds, en l\u00ednea con las tendencias de sostenibilidad que vienen marcando el sector energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El negocio tiene una cuant\u00eda estimada de $10,4 billones y, de acuerdo con Terpel, el pago se realizar\u00e1 bajo la modalidad de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a su duraci\u00f3n, el contrato tendr\u00e1 una vigencia de once meses, desde el 1 de abril de 2026 hasta el 28 de febrero de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda precis\u00f3 que la firma del acuerdo fue aprobada por su representante legal conforme a las facultades estatutarias y aclar\u00f3 que no existen condiciones adicionales relevantes para el emisor m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las ya divulgadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este anuncio se da en medio del reconocimiento reciente a Terpel por su desempe\u00f1o en criterios ambientales y sociales, tras ser incluida en el <em>Sustainability Yearbook 2024<\/em> d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Terpel confirm\u00f3 la firma de un contrato de suministro de combustibles con Ecopetrol, que entrar\u00e1 en vigencia a partir del 1 de abril de 2026, seg\u00fan informaron ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas.
