{"id":96236,"date":"2026-04-04T15:53:26","date_gmt":"2026-04-04T20:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=96236"},"modified":"2026-04-04T15:53:26","modified_gmt":"2026-04-04T20:53:26","slug":"cielo-rusinque-vuelve-a-la-sic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cielo-rusinque-vuelve-a-la-sic\/","title":{"rendered":"Cielo Rusinque vuelve a la SIC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cielo Rusinque volvi\u00f3 a asumir como superintendente de Industria y Comercio, luego de permanecer una semana fuera del cargo tras la expedici\u00f3n del Decreto 0361 de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno Nacional se da despu\u00e9s de que su nombramiento anterior fuera anulado por la Secci\u00f3n Quinta del Consejo de Estado, en medio de un proceso judicial que se prolong\u00f3 por m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo decreto oficial establece el nombramiento ordinario de Rusinque en el cargo de superintendente, con lo que retoma la direcci\u00f3n de la entidad. La funcionaria hab\u00eda salido del puesto el pasado 26 de marzo de 2026, cuando el Gobierno acept\u00f3 su renuncia en cumplimiento del fallo judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que previamente se hab\u00eda expedido el Decreto 0226 de 2026, mediante el cual se ajustaron los procedimientos para la designaci\u00f3n de superintendentes, lo que facilit\u00f3 su nuevo nombramiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta decisi\u00f3n, finaliza el encargo de Diego Andr\u00e9s Solano, quien estuvo al frente de la Superintendencia durante una semana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cielo Rusinque volvi\u00f3 a asumir como superintendente de Industria y Comercio, luego de permanecer una semana fuera del cargo tras la expedici\u00f3n del Decreto 0361 de 2026.
