Este nuevo recurso surge en medio de la expectativa por la diligencia de indagatoria prevista para este viernes, la cual se realizar\u00e1 en dos sesiones, a las 9:00 de la ma\u00f1ana y a las 2:00 de la tarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La queja deber\u00e1 ser resuelta por un fiscal delegado ante el Tribunal Superior de Bogot\u00e1. No obstante, dentro del proceso se advierte que, si no hay una decisi\u00f3n antes de la diligencia, podr\u00eda solicitarse nuevamente el aplazamiento de la indagatoria, lo que implicar\u00eda otro retraso en el avance del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n se centra en hechos ocurridos el 23 de octubre de 2002 en zona rural de Fusagasug\u00e1, donde cuatro ciudadanos fueron desaparecidos.
