La audiencia de formulaci\u00f3n de acusaci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 programada para el jueves 23 de abril a las 3:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso judicial se remonta a diciembre de 2025, cuando el ente acusador imput\u00f3 cargos al exministro por el delito de prevaricato por acci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, Leyva habr\u00eda declarado desierta en 2023 una licitaci\u00f3n cercana a los $600.000 millones, pese a que la uni\u00f3n temporal liderada por Thomas Greg &amp; Sons obtuvo el mayor puntaje y cumpl\u00eda con los requisitos para la adjudicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la Fiscal\u00eda, el exfuncionario habr\u00eda expedido actos administrativos que presuntamente contraven\u00edan la normativa vigente, en medio del proceso contractual adelantado durante su gesti\u00f3n en la Canciller\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos se originaron en septiembre de 2023, cuando Leyva tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de dejar sin efecto la licitaci\u00f3n que, inicialmente, favorec\u00eda a la empresa Thomas Greg &amp; Sons.
