De acuerdo con cifras recientes de la Corte Constitucional de Colombia, las quejas m\u00e1s frecuentes est\u00e1n relacionadas con la falta de entrega oportuna de medicamentos y las demoras en la asignaci\u00f3n de citas m\u00e9dicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe revela que ciudades como Bogot\u00e1 y departamentos como Antioquia, Valle del Cauca y Norte de Santander concentran la mayor cantidad de tutelas por problemas en la atenci\u00f3n en salud. En total, se han radicado 48.315 acciones, lo que mantiene a este derecho como el segundo m\u00e1s reclamado en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, durante los primeros meses del a\u00f1o se registr\u00f3 un incremento significativo en las tutelas relacionadas con servicios de salud, especialmente en enero y febrero, lo que refleja el deterioro en la oportunidad y calidad de la atenci\u00f3n a los usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta de la Corte Constitucional, Paola Meneses, lanz\u00f3 un fuerte llamado de atenci\u00f3n sobre la situaci\u00f3n del sistema de salud. \u201cEste es un llamado a todos los actores: EPS, IPS, entes de control, Gobierno Nacional, al Congreso y a la sociedad civil. La transformaci\u00f3n que el pa\u00eds exige no puede ser un simple cambio de nombres (\u2026) La sostenibilidad financiera jam\u00e1s debe ser una excusa para negar la atenci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 durante un evento en Pereira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El seguimiento a esta problem\u00e1tica no solo lo realiza la Corte.
