{"id":96441,"date":"2026-04-09T04:49:35","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T09:49:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=96441"},"modified":"2026-04-09T04:49:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T09:49:36","slug":"cancilleria-identifico-fallos-en-sistema-de-pasaportes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cancilleria-identifico-fallos-en-sistema-de-pasaportes\/","title":{"rendered":"Canciller\u00eda identific\u00f3 fallos en sistema de pasaportes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Canciller\u00eda de Colombia confirm\u00f3 la detecci\u00f3n de un actor de amenaza cibern\u00e9tica tras las fallas e intermitencias registradas en la plataforma SITAC, sistema fundamental para la gesti\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites consulares y expedici\u00f3n de documentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las afectaciones se presentaron tanto en Colombia como en el exterior, impactando consulados en ciudades como Madrid, Barcelona, Miami, Orlando, Nueva York y en Chile, donde se suspendieron servicios como la expedici\u00f3n de pasaportes, tr\u00e1mites notariales, visados y registros civiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el territorio nacional, ciudades como Bogot\u00e1 y Cali tambi\u00e9n reportaron largas filas y aglomeraciones de usuarios que no lograron completar sus diligencias debido a las fallas del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la situaci\u00f3n, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el ColCERT, realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis preliminar que permiti\u00f3 identificar la posible afectaci\u00f3n de parte de la infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica por un actor cibern\u00e9tico. Como respuesta, se activaron protocolos de seguridad digital y se reforzaron las medidas de protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ahora, no hay una fecha definida para el restablecimiento total de los servicios. La plataforma continuar\u00e1 con suspensiones temporales mientras avanzan las labores t\u00e9cnicas para solucionar las fallas detectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema SITAC es clave para la operaci\u00f3n consular, ya que permite la expedici\u00f3n de pasaportes y otros documentos oficiales.
