El caso lleg\u00f3 a la Corte luego de ser remitido por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, en raz\u00f3n del fuero constitucional del senador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la denuncia, la mujer acudi\u00f3 al entonces mandatario para solicitar apoyo a un evento de juventudes cristianas y fue atendida en su despacho, donde, seg\u00fan su versi\u00f3n, se habr\u00eda presentado la agresi\u00f3n. Posteriormente, indic\u00f3 que recibi\u00f3 400.000 pesos en efectivo, presuntamente destinados a actividades de la iglesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 a cargo del magistrado Marco Antonio Rueda, quien adelantar\u00e1 la recolecci\u00f3n de pruebas y testimonios.
