La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila lider\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n interinstitucional para coordinar acciones jur\u00eddicas y administrativas en defensa del territorio, con especial atenci\u00f3n a la situaci\u00f3n del Parque Nacional Natural Purac\u00e9. El encuentro fue encabezado por el gobernador Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera, quien destac\u00f3 la necesidad de una respuesta articulada entre las distintas entidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la jornada participaron el Consejo Regional Ind\u00edgena del Huila, la Procuradur\u00eda Ambiental y Agraria, la Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional del Alto Magdalena, as\u00ed como los alcaldes de Isnos, San Agust\u00edn, La Argentina y Saladoblanco, adem\u00e1s de representantes de la Asamblea Departamental y autoridades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La directora del Departamento Administrativo Jur\u00eddico, Cristina Cort\u00e9s Fierro, explic\u00f3 que se avanza en una ruta jur\u00eddica conjunta que incluye la interposici\u00f3n de una acci\u00f3n de tutela, con la cual se logr\u00f3 frenar una decisi\u00f3n de la Agencia Nacional de Tierras sobre la adjudicaci\u00f3n de territorios en zona de p\u00e1ramo. Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que se contin\u00faan impulsando medidas administrativas y judiciales para salvaguardar el territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el encuentro, los mandatarios locales resaltaron la importancia de actuar de manera coordinada. El alcalde de Isnos, Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Mu\u00f1oz, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es fundamental respaldar las acciones jur\u00eddicas en curso, mientras que el alcalde de Saladoblanco, Javier Bambagu\u00e9, advirti\u00f3 que est\u00e1 en juego la integridad territorial del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el procurador ambiental y agrario, \u00c1lvaro Hernando Cardona Gonz\u00e1lez, indic\u00f3 que ya se cumplen los requisitos para avanzar en los procesos, mientras que la CAM reiter\u00f3 su apoyo t\u00e9cnico. Desde el CRIHU, su representante Bernardino Menza manifest\u00f3 disposici\u00f3n al di\u00e1logo, al tiempo que la Gobernaci\u00f3n reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de continuar este proceso de articulaci\u00f3n institucional para proteger los recursos naturales y garantizar decisiones concertadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
