La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Turismo y el Infihuila, entreg\u00f3 75 unidades productivas a emprendedores del municipio de Hobo, en una apuesta por dinamizar la econom\u00eda local tras los impactos generados por la construcci\u00f3n de la variante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La iniciativa se enmarca en la Ordenanza 005 de 2021, que dio origen al Fondo de Emprendimiento e Innovaci\u00f3n (FEI), y hace parte de la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica departamental orientada a fortalecer el emprendimiento y la innovaci\u00f3n. En esta jornada fueron beneficiados los integrantes de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Vendedores Ambulantes del municipio, quienes recibieron capital semilla representado en maquinaria, equipos, insumos, mobiliario y herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto cont\u00f3 con una inversi\u00f3n cercana a los $400 millones, de los cuales $350 millones fueron aportados por el Gobierno departamental y $50 millones por la administraci\u00f3n municipal, con un promedio de $3,5 millones por beneficiario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El gobernador Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera destac\u00f3 que el objetivo es transformar actividades informales en negocios sostenibles. \u201cBuscamos que los emprendedores cuenten con un impulso que les permita fortalecer sus ingresos y mitigar las afectaciones generadas por la variante\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s de la entrega de insumos, el programa incluy\u00f3 un proceso de acompa\u00f1amiento integral con formaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas, administrativas y comerciales, orientado a garantizar la sostenibilidad y crecimiento de los emprendimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la jornada tambi\u00e9n se resalt\u00f3 el esfuerzo de los emprendedores y su capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n frente a los cambios econ\u00f3micos del municipio. En ese sentido, la estrategia busca no solo generar ingresos, sino tambi\u00e9n fortalecer el tejido productivo local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el alcalde de Hobo, Yhon Alber Mora Lizcano, asegur\u00f3 que el acompa\u00f1amiento continuar\u00e1 en el tiempo para optimizar los procesos productivos y mejorar la competitividad de los beneficiarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el evento tambi\u00e9n se destac\u00f3 el respaldo institucional al municipio con iniciativas como el Primer Festival de la Almoj\u00e1bana, que reuni\u00f3 a cerca de 50 emprendedores y promovi\u00f3 la gastronom\u00eda, las artesan\u00edas y la integraci\u00f3n comunitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, las autoridades reiteraron que este tipo de acciones reflejan el trabajo articulado entre el departamento y los municipios, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer el emprendimiento, generar empleo y avanzar hacia un Huila m\u00e1s competitivo y equitativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
