La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal hizo un llamado a los contribuyentes para que aprovechen los \u00faltimos d\u00edas del descuento del 12 % en el pago del Impuesto Predial Unificado, beneficio que estar\u00e1 vigente hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, el recaudo alcanza a la fecha un 47 %, reflejando un buen nivel de cumplimiento por parte de los neivanos. Sin embargo, la entidad advirti\u00f3 que a\u00fan falta avanzar para alcanzar las metas establecidas, por lo que reiter\u00f3 la importancia de ponerse al d\u00eda con esta obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El director de Rentas, Javier Silva, invit\u00f3 a los ciudadanos a realizar el pago a trav\u00e9s de medios digitales como la aplicaci\u00f3n \u201cImpuesto Neiva Huila\u201d o la p\u00e1gina web oficial del municipio, as\u00ed como de manera presencial en las oficinas de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, la entidad record\u00f3 que se acerca el primer vencimiento para la declaraci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o gravable 2025 del Impuesto de Industria y Comercio (ICA). En este caso, las personas naturales y jur\u00eddicas cuyo \u00faltimo d\u00edgito del NIT o c\u00e9dula termine en 1, 2 o 3 tendr\u00e1n plazo hasta el 24 de abril para presentar la declaraci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, liderada por el alcalde Germ\u00e1n Casagua, reiter\u00f3 el llamado a cumplir oportunamente con las obligaciones tributarias, destacando que estos recursos son fundamentales para el desarrollo y la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras en la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
