{"id":97162,"date":"2026-04-24T04:14:09","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T09:14:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=97162"},"modified":"2026-04-24T04:14:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T09:14:10","slug":"se-vienen-cambios-en-el-ejercito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/se-vienen-cambios-en-el-ejercito\/","title":{"rendered":"Se vienen cambios en el Ej\u00e9rcito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dos resoluciones expedidas por el Ministerio de Defensa ordenan el retiro del servicio activo de 17 oficiales superiores del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, bajo la figura de \u201cllamamiento a calificar servicios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de las resoluciones 004282 y 004283 del 23 de abril de 2026, firmadas por el ministro de Defensa, Pedro Arnulfo S\u00e1nchez Su\u00e1rez, tras contar con concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa para las Fuerzas Militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Resoluci\u00f3n 004282 fueron retirados nueve oficiales, entre ellos cinco coroneles: H\u00e9ctor Libardo Cely Torres, Donny Edgardo Preciado Sierra, \u00d3scar David Moreno G\u00f3mez, Fever Amaury Mart\u00ednez Garz\u00f3n y Guillermo Alberto Dom\u00ednguez Giraldo. Tambi\u00e9n figuran los tenientes coroneles Edward Iv\u00e1n Murcia Villamil, Anderson Antonio Bautista Moreno, Ang\u00e9lica Mar\u00eda Guio Jaimes y Yecid Gerardo Rojas Guerrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la Resoluci\u00f3n 004283 contempla el retiro de ocho tenientes coroneles: Rafael Mauricio Gamboa Velasco, Jhon Alexander C\u00e1rdenas Mu\u00f1oz, Juan Camilo Salazar Ram\u00edrez, Adri\u00e1n Osorio Cifuentes, Gloria Yurley Castro Galvis, Jair Fernando Tirado Guti\u00e9rrez, Bernardo Andr\u00e9s Culchac Leyton y Bertha Constanza Perdomo Avil\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los documentos, los oficiales permanecer\u00e1n dados de alta en la respectiva pagadur\u00eda durante tres meses, conforme a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 164 del Decreto 1211 de 1990.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dos resoluciones expedidas por el Ministerio de Defensa ordenan el retiro del servicio activo de 17 oficiales superiores del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, bajo la figura de \u201cllamamiento a calificar servicios\u201d.
