{"id":97182,"date":"2026-04-24T10:14:37","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T15:14:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=97182"},"modified":"2026-04-24T10:14:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T15:14:38","slug":"abiertas-investigaciones-por-presuntas-irregularidades-en-el-valle-de-aburra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/abiertas-investigaciones-por-presuntas-irregularidades-en-el-valle-de-aburra\/","title":{"rendered":"Abiertas investigaciones por presuntas irregularidades en el Valle de Aburr\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Contralor\u00eda General de Antioquia reactiv\u00f3 varios procesos relacionados con el \u00c1rea Metropolitana del Valle de Aburr\u00e1, que hab\u00edan sido archivados anteriormente por falta de pruebas, con el fin de avanzar en la verificaci\u00f3n de posibles irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las actuaciones abarcan 12 contratos que est\u00e1n bajo observaci\u00f3n, entre ellos proyectos asociados al sistema de bicicletas p\u00fablicas Encicla, el Parque de las Aguas y el Parque de Artes y Oficios en el municipio de Bello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los procesos m\u00e1s avanzados corresponde a contratos vinculados al cuerpo de bomberos de Itag\u00fc\u00ed, en los que se investigan presuntas irregularidades por cerca de 18.000 millones de pesos. En este caso han sido vinculadas varias personas, entre ellas exfuncionarios y exdirectivos relacionados con dichas entidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la entidad de control, se han abierto nuevas indagaciones preliminares y una investigaci\u00f3n formal, adem\u00e1s de una denuncia sobre el conjunto de contratos analizados. En el proceso han sido vinculadas al menos cinco personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reactivaci\u00f3n de estos casos fue posible tras la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevas pruebas provenientes de actuaciones judiciales, lo que permiti\u00f3 retomar las investigaciones que buscan establecer posibles responsabilidades en hechos ocurridos entre 2020 y 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ahora, las autoridades avanzan en las audiencias correspondientes y en la evaluaci\u00f3n de medidas dentro del proceso, mientras se define la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de algunos de los implicados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Contralor\u00eda General de Antioquia reactiv\u00f3 varios procesos relacionados con el \u00c1rea Metropolitana del Valle de Aburr\u00e1, que hab\u00edan sido archivados anteriormente por falta de pruebas, con el fin de avanzar en la verificaci\u00f3n de posibles irregularidades.
