El gobernador del Huila, Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera, present\u00f3 un balance de gesti\u00f3n en el que destac\u00f3 acciones para destrabar proyectos de infraestructura y superar fallas en la ejecuci\u00f3n de contratos, durante un encuentro regional realizado en Pitalito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, al inicio de su administraci\u00f3n, encontr\u00f3 una din\u00e1mica marcada por suspensiones recurrentes y retrasos en obras, lo que oblig\u00f3 a tomar decisiones como la liquidaci\u00f3n de contratos y la aplicaci\u00f3n de medidas sancionatorias para reactivar proyectos en distintos municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los frentes prioritarios es el Circuito Tur\u00edstico del Sur, una obra de m\u00e1s de 100 kil\u00f3metros que hab\u00eda presentado retrasos en varios tramos. Tras la terminaci\u00f3n de contratos sin avances, se adelantaron procesos de saneamiento jur\u00eddico que permitieron recuperar recursos y proyectar nuevas adjudicaciones para continuar las obras en el corto plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La meta del Gobierno departamental es avanzar en la conexi\u00f3n entre Pitalito, Isnos y San Agust\u00edn, as\u00ed como corregir fallas estructurales que afectaban la movilidad en esta zona del sur del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En materia social, el balance tambi\u00e9n resalta una reducci\u00f3n en el \u00cdndice de Pobreza Multidimensional, que por primera vez se ubica por debajo de los dos d\u00edgitos. Este resultado se atribuye a mejoras en educaci\u00f3n, acceso a agua potable y al impulso de sectores como el agro y la piscicultura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
