La confusi\u00f3n surgi\u00f3 tras la divulgaci\u00f3n de un documento de la Sala de Reconocimiento de Verdad que inclu\u00eda anexos con informaci\u00f3n no definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 la entidad en un comunicado, la situaci\u00f3n obedeci\u00f3 a una \u201cequivocaci\u00f3n humana\u201d, ya que se adjunt\u00f3 un archivo de Excel que no correspond\u00eda al listado final de personas acreditadas como v\u00edctimas ni como intervinientes especiales dentro del proceso judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La JEP precis\u00f3 que el documento conten\u00eda informaci\u00f3n preliminar sobre solicitudes de acreditaci\u00f3n que a\u00fan est\u00e1n en estudio, por lo que carece de efectos jur\u00eddicos y no define el reconocimiento oficial de v\u00edctimas en el caso 06. Adem\u00e1s, indic\u00f3 que el auto emitido se enfoca en los criterios generales del proceso y no en decisiones individuales, las cuales requieren un an\u00e1lisis detallado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese anexo preliminar aparec\u00eda el nombre de \u2018Sim\u00f3n Trinidad\u2019, lo que gener\u00f3 la interpretaci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea.
