La Superintendencia de Transporte ser\u00e1 la encargada de vigilar el cumplimiento de los derechos de los pasajeros, mientras que otras aerol\u00edneas comenzaron a anunciar medidas de apoyo. Avianca, por ejemplo, puso en marcha un plan de protecci\u00f3n para reubicar sin costo a viajeros con tiquetes entre el 2 y el 16 de mayo, sujeto a disponibilidad.
