El gobernador del Huila, Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera, puso en funcionamiento un conjunto de obras en la v\u00eda que conecta Garz\u00f3n, Zuluaga y Gigante, con una inversi\u00f3n cercana a los 8.200 millones de pesos. La intervenci\u00f3n busca mejorar la movilidad, reforzar la seguridad vial y beneficiar a las comunidades del centro del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto hace parte de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la red vial secundaria en puntos cr\u00edticos, con recursos destinados a recuperar sectores afectados y garantizar condiciones adecuadas de transitabilidad en este corredor estrat\u00e9gico para la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la entrega se habilitaron las principales estructuras de la obra: un puente vehicular de 40 metros, con doble carril y pasos peatonales, y un muro de contenci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ado para estabilizar una zona impactada por p\u00e9rdida de banca. A esto se suman intervenciones en cinco puntos clave, donde se ejecutaron trabajos de drenaje, contenci\u00f3n de taludes y recuperaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Villalba destac\u00f3 que, aunque el proyecto inici\u00f3 en la administraci\u00f3n anterior, fue necesario adicionar recursos para superar dificultades y culminarlo en condiciones \u00f3ptimas. Seg\u00fan indic\u00f3, este corredor \u2014conocido como la Ruta M\u00e1gica del Caf\u00e9\u2014 no solo tiene relevancia tur\u00edstica, sino tambi\u00e9n productiva para el centro del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El mandatario tambi\u00e9n record\u00f3 que durante su primer periodo impuls\u00f3 la pavimentaci\u00f3n inicial de esta v\u00eda, y que ahora su administraci\u00f3n aporta a su recuperaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde el Concejo de Garz\u00f3n, su presidente Alveiro Manjarr\u00e9s, resalt\u00f3 el trabajo conjunto entre administraciones que permiti\u00f3 finalizar la obra, mientras que l\u00edderes comunitarios como Jos\u00e9 Ferney Reyes destacaron el impacto positivo en la conectividad y en la soluci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas hist\u00f3ricas del corredor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La intervenci\u00f3n permite restablecer condiciones seguras de tr\u00e1nsito, proteger la infraestructura frente a eventos clim\u00e1ticos y mejorar la conexi\u00f3n entre estas poblaciones, facilitando la movilidad de comunidades rurales y sectores productivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la Secretar\u00eda de V\u00edas e Infraestructura se inform\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1n las labores en distintos puntos del departamento, con el objetivo de atender zonas cr\u00edticas y ejecutar proyectos que fortalezcan la competitividad regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
