Con un llamado a priorizar la productividad y la inversi\u00f3n social, el gobernador del Huila, Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera, instal\u00f3 las sesiones extraordinarias de la Asamblea Departamental, en las que buscar\u00e1 la aprobaci\u00f3n de $80.227 millones para educaci\u00f3n, infraestructura, seguridad y desarrollo agropecuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, pese a un d\u00e9ficit proyectado de $652.000 millones en el Plan Plurianual de Inversiones \u2014derivado de menores giros de la Naci\u00f3n y la ca\u00edda de regal\u00edas\u2014, su administraci\u00f3n avanza en la gesti\u00f3n de recursos para sectores estrat\u00e9gicos. Las sesiones se extender\u00e1n hasta el 19 de mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En educaci\u00f3n, Villalba destac\u00f3 la cobertura del 100% del Programa de Alimentaci\u00f3n Escolar (PAE), que beneficia a 114.000 estudiantes con una inversi\u00f3n de $128.377 millones. Adem\u00e1s, anunci\u00f3 recursos adicionales por $7.822 millones para culminar este a\u00f1o los colegios Winnipeg, en Pitalito, y Las Juntas, en Santa Mar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En materia de infraestructura, el gobernador asegur\u00f3 que se prioriza la recuperaci\u00f3n de proyectos viales rezagados, especialmente en el Circuito Tur\u00edstico del Sur. Para ello, se destinar\u00e1n $29.056 millones con el fin de mejorar la conectividad y reactivar tramos como Obando\u2013San Agust\u00edn y Bordones\u2013La Laguna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El componente de seguridad incluye una inversi\u00f3n de $27.952 millones para fortalecer a la Fuerza P\u00fablica, con la adquisici\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos, camiones y drones, adem\u00e1s de la instalaci\u00f3n de c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia en municipios como Palermo, Yaguar\u00e1 y San Agust\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el sector agropecuario, Villalba plante\u00f3 como apuesta estrat\u00e9gica la creaci\u00f3n de una planta de fertilizantes a partir de las reservas de fosforita del departamento, estimadas en 82 millones de toneladas, con el objetivo de reducir costos de producci\u00f3n y fortalecer la competitividad del campo huilense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
