{"id":98029,"date":"2026-05-12T04:52:40","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T09:52:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=98029"},"modified":"2026-05-12T04:52:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T09:52:41","slug":"alerta-por-falso-funcionario-del-igac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/alerta-por-falso-funcionario-del-igac\/","title":{"rendered":"Alerta por falso funcionario del IGAC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva alert\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda sobre un hombre que estar\u00eda haci\u00e9ndose pasar por funcionario del Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Agust\u00edn Codazzi (IGAC) para enga\u00f1ar a los ciudadanos y exigir dinero a cambio de supuestos tr\u00e1mites catastrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral, la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal reiter\u00f3 que para adelantar cualquier tr\u00e1mite relacionado con la gesti\u00f3n catastral en Neiva no se necesitan intermediarios ni pagos adicionales para agilizar procesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Alcald\u00eda se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el objetivo de la advertencia es evitar que la comunidad sea v\u00edctima de estafas por parte de esta persona, quien estar\u00eda ofreciendo supuestas gestiones y realizando cobros ilegales en nombre del IGAC y de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral aclar\u00f3 que actualmente no se adelantan procesos de actualizaci\u00f3n catastral en el municipio, por lo que hizo un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para no permitir el ingreso a viviendas o predios de personas que argumenten estar realizando este tipo de diligencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad record\u00f3 que toda la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con gesti\u00f3n catastral puede ser consultada directamente en las oficinas de la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Catastral, ubicadas en el segundo piso del edificio municipal, donde personal autorizado presta atenci\u00f3n oficial a la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la Alcald\u00eda exhort\u00f3 a los ciudadanos a denunciar cualquier situaci\u00f3n relacionada con este falso funcionario ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, la Polic\u00eda Nacional de Colombia, a trav\u00e9s del CAI Virtual y el Centro Cibern\u00e9tico Policial, o directamente ante la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva alert\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda sobre un hombre que estar\u00eda haci\u00e9ndose pasar por funcionario del Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Agust\u00edn Codazzi (IGAC) para enga\u00f1ar a los ciudadanos y exigir dinero a cambio de supuestos tr\u00e1mites catastrales.
