{"id":98122,"date":"2026-05-14T04:29:11","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:29:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=98122"},"modified":"2026-05-14T04:29:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:29:12","slug":"presidente-petro-anuncia-nuevos-decretos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/presidente-petro-anuncia-nuevos-decretos\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente Petro anuncia nuevos decretos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n del Consejo de Estado de frenar el decreto con el que el Gobierno buscaba trasladar cerca de $5 billones desde fondos privados hacia Colpensiones contin\u00faa generando fuertes reacciones por parte del presidente Gustavo Petro y su equipo de Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de anunciar acciones legales contra el magistrado Enrique Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, ponente de la decisi\u00f3n, y lanzar cr\u00edticas contra el presidente de Asofondos, Andr\u00e9s Velasco, el mandatario confirm\u00f3 nuevas medidas para defender la reforma pensional y los recursos de los trabajadores colombianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante un consejo de ministros, Petro asegur\u00f3 que expedir\u00e1 nuevos decretos y resoluciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de la ley pensional y proteger, seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3, \u201clos ahorros del pueblo colombiano\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe de Estado tambi\u00e9n record\u00f3 que los trabajadores que est\u00e9n a 10 a\u00f1os o menos de alcanzar la edad de pensi\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n plazo hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 16 de julio para trasladarse libremente de fondo, insistiendo en que el art\u00edculo 76 de la reforma sigue vigente y debe aplicarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, advirti\u00f3 que si los fondos privados no devuelven los ahorros conforme a las sentencias de la Corte Suprema, el Gobierno impulsar\u00e1 acciones administrativas y penales.
