{"id":98131,"date":"2026-05-14T04:49:43","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:49:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=98131"},"modified":"2026-05-14T04:49:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:49:44","slug":"nuevas-medidas-de-minsalud-para-entregar-medicamentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/nuevas-medidas-de-minsalud-para-entregar-medicamentos\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevas medidas de Minsalud para entregar medicamentos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Ministerio de Salud emiti\u00f3 una nueva circular con directrices dirigidas a las EPS, gestores farmac\u00e9uticos, prestadores de servicios y entidades de control para garantizar la entrega oportuna de medicamentos y proteger el derecho a la salud de los pacientes en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento, expedido el pasado 11 de mayo de 2026, establece medidas para enfrentar las constantes quejas por retrasos, entregas incompletas y barreras en el acceso a tratamientos m\u00e9dicos, incluyendo lineamientos especiales para las EPS intervenidas por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las disposiciones principales, el Ministerio reiter\u00f3 que las EPS deber\u00e1n garantizar la entrega completa e inmediata de los medicamentos y, cuando existan pendientes, coordinar la entrega domiciliaria en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 48 horas. Adem\u00e1s, orden\u00f3 que las entidades cuenten con m\u00e1s de un gestor farmac\u00e9utico para evitar problemas derivados de desabastecimiento o fallas en la dispensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La circular tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que, si despu\u00e9s del tiempo establecido no se cumple con la entrega, los pacientes podr\u00e1n reclamar sus medicamentos a trav\u00e9s de redes alternas de gestores farmac\u00e9uticos o instituciones prestadoras de salud. Asimismo, las EPS deber\u00e1n mantener actualizada la informaci\u00f3n sobre dispensaci\u00f3n, fortalecer los mecanismos de seguimiento y reportar oportunamente posibles casos de escasez ante el Ministerio de Salud y el Invima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento advierte adem\u00e1s que las EPS no podr\u00e1n utilizar tr\u00e1mites administrativos, auditor\u00edas o glosas para retrasar pagos a gestores farmac\u00e9uticos y prestadores de servicios.
