{"id":98504,"date":"2026-05-21T20:15:20","date_gmt":"2026-05-22T01:15:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=98504"},"modified":"2026-05-21T20:15:21","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T01:15:21","slug":"acreditados-mas-de-25-000-testigos-para-las-elecciones-presidenciales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/acreditados-mas-de-25-000-testigos-para-las-elecciones-presidenciales\/","title":{"rendered":"Acreditados m\u00e1s de 25.000 testigos para las elecciones presidenciales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Consejo Nacional Electoral inform\u00f3 que 25.062 personas fueron acreditadas para acompa\u00f1ar y vigilar las elecciones en el exterior, cuya jornada se desarrollar\u00e1 entre el 25 y el 31 de mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la autoridad electoral, 9.624 ciudadanos fueron habilitados como testigos electorales, quienes tendr\u00e1n la tarea de supervisar las 3.670 mesas de votaci\u00f3n instaladas en 67 sedes diplom\u00e1ticas alrededor del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el CNE confirm\u00f3 la acreditaci\u00f3n de 1.167 auditores de sistemas encargados de verificar el funcionamiento de las plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas y realizar seguimiento a los procesos digitales durante la contienda electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A estas cifras se suman 14.271 observadores nacionales e internacionales, quienes estar\u00e1n presentes para monitorear el desarrollo de la jornada y formular recomendaciones orientadas a fortalecer la transparencia y las garant\u00edas democr\u00e1ticas en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director de Vigilancia e Inspecci\u00f3n Electoral del CNE, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Parra Fandi\u00f1o, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos actores cumplen un papel fundamental en la legitimidad del proceso electoral y reiter\u00f3 el llamado a las organizaciones pol\u00edticas para continuar con la inscripci\u00f3n de testigos de mesa en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el funcionario, las 12 organizaciones pol\u00edticas que inscribieron candidatos a la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica tendr\u00e1n plazo hasta el domingo 24 de mayo a las 11:59 de la noche para realizar la postulaci\u00f3n de sus testigos electorales en el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo Nacional Electoral destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que esta ser\u00e1 la jornada con mayor presencia de misiones de observaci\u00f3n internacional en la historia reciente de Colombia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo Nacional Electoral inform\u00f3 que 25.062 personas fueron acreditadas para acompa\u00f1ar y vigilar las elecciones en el exterior, cuya jornada se desarrollar\u00e1 entre el 25 y el 31 de mayo.
