{"id":98716,"date":"2026-05-26T04:38:34","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T09:38:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=98716"},"modified":"2026-05-26T04:38:35","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T09:38:35","slug":"musa-besaile-a-prision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/musa-besaile-a-prision\/","title":{"rendered":"Musa Besaile, a prisi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El exsenador Musa Abraham Besaile Fayad fue condenado a 11 a\u00f1os, seis meses y ocho d\u00edas de prisi\u00f3n por su participaci\u00f3n en el entramado de corrupci\u00f3n que provoc\u00f3 el desfalco de recursos de regal\u00edas en el departamento de C\u00f3rdoba durante la administraci\u00f3n del exgobernador Alejandro Lyons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de la pena privativa de la libertad, la Sala de Primera Instancia le impuso una multa superior a los 2.046 millones de pesos por el delito de peculado, as\u00ed como otra sanci\u00f3n equivalente a 283,6 salarios m\u00ednimos legales mensuales vigentes por contrato sin cumplimiento de requisitos legales. Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 pagar m\u00e1s de 19.261 millones de pesos al departamento de C\u00f3rdoba por los da\u00f1os materiales ocasionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sentencia anticipada se\u00f1ala que Besaile acept\u00f3 su responsabilidad en los delitos de concierto para delinquir agravado, peculado por apropiaci\u00f3n y contrato sin cumplimiento de requisitos legales. Seg\u00fan la decisi\u00f3n judicial, el excongresista conform\u00f3 una alianza criminal con Alejandro Lyons para desviar recursos p\u00fablicos provenientes del Sistema General de Regal\u00edas y del Sistema General de Participaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n estableci\u00f3 que la red de corrupci\u00f3n inclu\u00eda el direccionamiento de contratos de ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de un fraude relacionado con falsos cobros por tratamientos de hemofilia. La Corte tambi\u00e9n detall\u00f3 que Lyons recibi\u00f3 respaldo pol\u00edtico de varios congresistas, entre ellos Musa Besaile, a cambio de compromisos burocr\u00e1ticos dentro de la Gobernaci\u00f3n de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la sentencia, varios allegados al exsenador fueron nombrados en dependencias departamentales como parte de los acuerdos pol\u00edticos.
