{"id":98811,"date":"2026-05-28T04:19:33","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T09:19:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=98811"},"modified":"2026-05-28T04:19:34","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T09:19:34","slug":"denuncias-contra-ivan-cepeda-en-el-cne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/denuncias-contra-ivan-cepeda-en-el-cne\/","title":{"rendered":"Denuncias contra Iv\u00e1n Cepeda en el CNE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) recibi\u00f3 dos denuncias contra el candidato presidencial Iv\u00e1n Cepeda por presuntas irregularidades relacionadas con eventos masivos realizados en plena recta final de la campa\u00f1a electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las quejas hacen referencia al Decreto 0188 de 2026, norma que proh\u00edbe la realizaci\u00f3n de actos p\u00fablicos de campa\u00f1a durante los ocho d\u00edas previos a las elecciones presidenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las denuncias fue presentada por el ciudadano Santiago Arango, quien asegura que la restricci\u00f3n habr\u00eda sido vulnerada el pasado 25 de mayo durante un evento realizado en Sincelejo, Sucre, en el polideportivo de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n de Sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segunda acci\u00f3n fue instaurada por Gabriel Guillermo Garrido Gallardo y est\u00e1 relacionada con actividades pol\u00edticas adelantadas el 27 de mayo en Arauca. Aunque Iv\u00e1n Cepeda no habr\u00eda asistido al evento, en la denuncia se se\u00f1ala que all\u00ed se difundi\u00f3 de manera masiva publicidad del candidato y de su f\u00f3rmula vicepresidencial, Aida Quilcu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora ser\u00e1 el Consejo Nacional Electoral el encargado de evaluar ambos casos y determinar si existi\u00f3 o no incumplimiento de las normas electorales vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los procesos ya fueron repartidos entre distintos despachos del CNE, que deber\u00e1n establecer si las actividades denunciadas correspond\u00edan a eventos p\u00fablicos o privados.
