As\u00ed lo advirti\u00f3 la Asociaci\u00f3n del Sector Motriz y sus Partes (Asopartes), al presentar los resultados m\u00e1s recientes del Radar de las Autopartes-CVN, elaborado con base en cifras del DANE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el gremio, las actividades de reparaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento, comercializaci\u00f3n y fabricaci\u00f3n de autopartes representan el 2,32 % del empleo nacional. Sin embargo, cerca del 48 % de los trabajadores del sector a\u00fan se desempe\u00f1a en condiciones de informalidad, lo que limita el acceso a estabilidad laboral, protecci\u00f3n social y mayores niveles de productividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asopartes se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la formalidad laboral alcanz\u00f3 el 52 % en febrero de 2026, una mejora frente al a\u00f1o anterior, aunque todav\u00eda persisten importantes retos. Para el presidente del gremio, Carlos Andr\u00e9s Pineda Osorio, el objetivo ya no es \u00fanicamente conservar los puestos de trabajo, sino avanzar hacia mejores condiciones laborales y mayores niveles de competitividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl gran reto ahora no es solo seguir generando empleo, sino avanzar decididamente en la formalizaci\u00f3n y en mejores condiciones de competitividad para quienes hacen parte de esta actividad econ\u00f3mica\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el dirigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las cifras muestran que el segmento de comercio, reparaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de veh\u00edculos concentra m\u00e1s de 407.000 trabajadores, equivalentes al 72,7 % del empleo sectorial. A esto se suman cerca de 116.000 empleos vinculados al comercio y reparaci\u00f3n de motocicletas, alrededor de 12.000 en fabricaci\u00f3n de partes y piezas, y otros 25.000 en actividades complementarias de la industria motriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe coincide con la recuperaci\u00f3n del mercado laboral colombiano. De acuerdo con datos del DANE citados por Asopartes, el pa\u00eds registr\u00f3 24,1 millones de personas ocupadas a febrero de 2026, con m\u00e1s de 600.000 empleos adicionales frente al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior. En este contexto, la rama de comercio y reparaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos y motocicletas contin\u00faa siendo la actividad econ\u00f3mica que m\u00e1s empleo genera en Colombia, con 4,1 millones de ocupados y una participaci\u00f3n del 17,3 % sobre el total nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de combatir la informalidad, el gremio considera prioritario fortalecer la capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del talento humano, promover la legalidad y mejorar las condiciones de competitividad para garantizar la sostenibilidad de la industria frente a las nuevas exigencias del mercado automotor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La industria de autopartes y motopartes en Colombia genera actualmente m\u00e1s de 560.000 empleos, pero enfrenta un desaf\u00edo persistente: la alta informalidad laboral.
