{"id":98981,"date":"2026-05-31T04:33:51","date_gmt":"2026-05-31T09:33:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=98981"},"modified":"2026-05-31T04:33:51","modified_gmt":"2026-05-31T09:33:51","slug":"sociedad-de-cirugia-toma-postura-tras-lo-ocurrido-con-yulixa-toloza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/sociedad-de-cirugia-toma-postura-tras-lo-ocurrido-con-yulixa-toloza\/","title":{"rendered":"Sociedad de cirug\u00eda toma postura tras lo ocurrido con Yulixa Toloza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras el caso de Yulixa Toloza, la Sociedad Colombiana de Cirug\u00eda Pl\u00e1stica Est\u00e9tica y Reconstructiva (SCCP) pidi\u00f3 avanzar en una regulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s estricta para los procedimientos quir\u00fargicos con fines est\u00e9ticos y reiter\u00f3 la necesidad de fortalecer los controles frente al ejercicio ilegal de la medicina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, el gremio se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta situaci\u00f3n reabre una discusi\u00f3n que la comunidad cient\u00edfica ha promovido durante a\u00f1os: establecer reglas claras sobre qui\u00e9nes pueden realizar este tipo de intervenciones y bajo qu\u00e9 condiciones. La organizaci\u00f3n record\u00f3 que ha participado en varias iniciativas legislativas sobre la materia, aunque ninguna ha logrado convertirse en ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la SCCP, los debates adelantados en el Congreso permitieron identificar falencias relacionadas con la formaci\u00f3n del personal m\u00e9dico, la vigilancia sanitaria, la habilitaci\u00f3n de servicios de salud y los mecanismos para combatir las pr\u00e1cticas irregulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad tambi\u00e9n manifest\u00f3 preocupaci\u00f3n por la creciente promoci\u00f3n de procedimientos est\u00e9ticos en redes sociales y plataformas digitales, donde con frecuencia circula informaci\u00f3n insuficiente o no verificada. Por ello, insisti\u00f3 en que los pacientes deben contar con orientaci\u00f3n clara y confiable antes de tomar decisiones que comprometan su salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta de la SCCP, Damaris Romero Chamorro, afirm\u00f3 que la seguridad de los pacientes debe ser la prioridad y reiter\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n del gremio para aportar su experiencia t\u00e9cnica en futuras reformas.
