Por esta raz\u00f3n<strong>&nbsp;se socializ\u00f3 el estudio de caracterizaci\u00f3n social<\/strong>, el cual estaba establecido como primer paso para dicho proceso de transici\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho estudio,&nbsp;<strong>fue aplicado en 1.251 mototrabajadores,<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cse caracterizaron edades, si ten\u00edan conocimientos en otras \u00e1reas para poder buscar una formalizaci\u00f3n, entonces esta es una herramienta muy importante para la administraci\u00f3n que permite tenerlos identificados y caracterizados para buscar soluciones\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Elberto Garavito, secretario de Movilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto, en el cual&nbsp;<strong>participan las secretar\u00edas de Movilidad, Gobierno, y Competitividad,<\/strong>&nbsp;busca a trav\u00e9s de dicho estudio y diferentes mesas de concertaci\u00f3n con los actores involucrados, la construcci\u00f3n de una propuesta conjunta de oportunidades para aquellas personas que se dedican al transporte ilegal de pasajeros, para que hagan su tr\u00e1nsito a una actividad legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima semana se dar\u00e1 inicio a las mesas t\u00e9cnicas de emprendimiento seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3 Carlos Francisco Cort\u00e9s, coordinador general de caracterizaci\u00f3n. \u201cEl pr\u00f3ximo 23 se adelantar\u00e1 una mesa t\u00e9cnica entre emprendimiento, secretar\u00eda de desarrollo agropecuario para realizar un acompa\u00f1amiento para el estudio de los proyectos, factibilidad y todo el proceso que se tiene que llevar en adelante\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal Primero Neiva,&nbsp;la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal busca formalizar laboralmente a mototrabajadores dedicados al transporte ilegal&nbsp;de pasajeros.
