Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la capacidad de respuesta del territorio frente a los desaf\u00edos clim\u00e1ticos, la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila lider\u00f3 el taller \u201c\u00bfEstamos preparados para un fen\u00f3meno de El Ni\u00f1o?\u201d, un espacio de articulaci\u00f3n entre entidades p\u00fablicas, organismos t\u00e9cnicos y gremios productivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada, promovida por la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y Miner\u00eda en el marco del Pacto HYLEA, permiti\u00f3 socializar herramientas, recomendaciones y estrategias orientadas a la prevenci\u00f3n, mitigaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n ante la posible ocurrencia de este fen\u00f3meno clim\u00e1tico durante el segundo semestre de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con expertos del IDEAM, existe una alta probabilidad de que el fen\u00f3meno de El Ni\u00f1o se presente en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, con mayor intensidad hacia finales del a\u00f1o. Esta condici\u00f3n podr\u00eda impactar significativamente la disponibilidad h\u00eddrica, la producci\u00f3n agropecuaria y aumentar el riesgo de incendios forestales en varias zonas del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la Administraci\u00f3n Departamental se destac\u00f3 el trabajo que se viene desarrollando junto a los equipos de extensi\u00f3n agropecuaria y las diferentes entidades aliadas para fortalecer la preparaci\u00f3n de productores, alcald\u00edas y comunidades, especialmente en aquellos municipios que hist\u00f3ricamente han registrado mayores afectaciones por sequ\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la CAM ratific\u00f3 el avance de acciones enfocadas en la protecci\u00f3n de las fuentes h\u00eddricas, el monitoreo permanente de las cuencas, la prevenci\u00f3n de quemas y la promoci\u00f3n del uso eficiente del agua, medidas que buscan reducir los riesgos asociados a este evento clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las autoridades coincidieron en que la anticipaci\u00f3n, la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional y el compromiso ciudadano ser\u00e1n fundamentales para proteger los recursos naturales, garantizar el abastecimiento de agua y minimizar los impactos que pueda generar el fen\u00f3meno de El Ni\u00f1o en el Huila.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
