{"id":99421,"date":"2026-06-09T13:25:26","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T18:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=99421"},"modified":"2026-06-09T13:25:27","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T18:25:27","slug":"abierta-investigacion-contra-el-presidente-petro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/abierta-investigacion-contra-el-presidente-petro\/","title":{"rendered":"Abierta investigaci\u00f3n contra el Presidente Petro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Acusaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes abri\u00f3 una nueva investigaci\u00f3n disciplinaria contra el presidente Gustavo Petro por una presunta intervenci\u00f3n indebida en pol\u00edtica a trav\u00e9s de publicaciones realizadas desde su cuenta en la red social X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el auto conocido por este medio, la representante investigadora Gloria Elena Arizabaleta Corral orden\u00f3 \u201cla apertura de investigaci\u00f3n disciplinaria\u201d contra el jefe de Estado, al considerar de forma preliminar una posible \u201cfalta grav\u00edsima calificada como intervenci\u00f3n indebida en pol\u00edtica\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las decisiones adoptadas, la Comisi\u00f3n dispuso establecer qui\u00e9nes ten\u00edan acceso y facultades de publicaci\u00f3n en la cuenta @petrogustavo, as\u00ed como determinar si servidores p\u00fablicos participaron en la elaboraci\u00f3n o difusi\u00f3n de los mensajes bajo investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se solicit\u00f3 al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia (DAPRE) informar si dicha cuenta ha sido utilizada como canal oficial de comunicaci\u00f3n del mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte del proceso probatorio, se pidi\u00f3 al CTI recolectar, verificar y preservar el material digital relacionado con las publicaciones, adem\u00e1s de establecer el origen y la administraci\u00f3n de los contenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n busca identificar qu\u00e9 funcionarios, contratistas o asesores ten\u00edan acceso, claves o permisos de publicaci\u00f3n, y si los mensajes fueron preparados, revisados, programados o publicados por servidores p\u00fablicos.
