Los mensajes, difundidos entre el 6 y el 9 de junio de 2026, ser\u00e1n analizados para establecer si constituyen una intervenci\u00f3n indebida en el debate pol\u00edtico y electoral de cara a las elecciones de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los expedientes fue iniciado de oficio y busca determinar si el jefe de Estado utiliz\u00f3 su investidura presidencial para influir en la discusi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica mediante la difusi\u00f3n reiterada de contenidos en redes sociales. La representante investigadora Gloria Elena Arizabaleta Corral aclar\u00f3 que la apertura de la investigaci\u00f3n no implica una declaraci\u00f3n de responsabilidad ni un juicio anticipado sobre los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte de las pruebas, la Comisi\u00f3n orden\u00f3 preservar y autenticar las publicaciones, adem\u00e1s de realizar an\u00e1lisis de inform\u00e1tica forense para verificar la titularidad de la cuenta, la autenticidad de los mensajes y el alcance de su difusi\u00f3n. En una segunda actuaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se dispuso establecer qui\u00e9nes ten\u00edan acceso al perfil y si servidores p\u00fablicos participaron en la elaboraci\u00f3n o divulgaci\u00f3n de los contenidos investigados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las investigaciones tendr\u00e1n inicialmente un plazo de seis meses, prorrogable seg\u00fan la ley. Al finalizar esta etapa, la Comisi\u00f3n deber\u00e1 decidir si archiva los procesos o avanza hacia una eventual formulaci\u00f3n de cargos.
