{"id":99490,"date":"2026-06-10T18:40:32","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T23:40:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=99490"},"modified":"2026-06-10T18:40:33","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T23:40:33","slug":"nueva-investigacion-en-contra-el-presidente-petro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/nueva-investigacion-en-contra-el-presidente-petro\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva investigaci\u00f3n en contra el Presidente Petro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Acusaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n previa contra el presidente Gustavo Petro por una denuncia relacionada con la compra de 17 aviones de combate Gripen a la empresa sueca Saab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n fue adoptada por la representante investigadora Gloria Elena Arizabaleta Corral mediante el Auto de Sustanciaci\u00f3n No. 01 del radicado 7187, en el que orden\u00f3 asumir el conocimiento del caso y avanzar en la recolecci\u00f3n de pruebas para esclarecer los hechos denunciados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 relacionada con la adquisici\u00f3n de las aeronaves militares, una operaci\u00f3n anunciada por el Gobierno Nacional en noviembre de 2025 y cuyo valor supera los 16 billones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de las diligencias ordenadas, la congresista solicit\u00f3 al Ministerio de Defensa toda la documentaci\u00f3n relacionada con el proceso de compra de los aviones Gripen. Asimismo, dispuso recibir bajo juramento la declaraci\u00f3n del ministro de Defensa, Pedro Arnulfo S\u00e1nchez Su\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El auto tambi\u00e9n ordena solicitar informaci\u00f3n a la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y a la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica sobre eventuales actuaciones que adelanten por estos hechos. De igual forma, requiri\u00f3 a la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica documentaci\u00f3n relacionada con la posesi\u00f3n y el fuero constitucional del mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, Arizabaleta orden\u00f3 compulsar copias a la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n para que investigue a la primera dama, Ver\u00f3nica Alcocer, por los hechos mencionados en la denuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actuaci\u00f3n corresponde a una etapa preliminar, en la que la Comisi\u00f3n busca recaudar elementos probatorios y verificar la informaci\u00f3n disponible antes de determinar si existen m\u00e9ritos para avanzar hacia una investigaci\u00f3n formal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Acusaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n previa contra el presidente Gustavo Petro por una denuncia relacionada con la compra de 17 aviones de combate Gripen a la empresa sueca Saab.
