{"id":99826,"date":"2026-06-18T11:28:15","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T16:28:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=99826"},"modified":"2026-06-18T11:28:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-18T16:28:15","slug":"capturado-presunto-expendedor-de-droga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/capturado-presunto-expendedor-de-droga\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturado presunto expendedor de droga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En desarrollo de las acciones encaminadas a fortalecer la seguridad y la convivencia ciudadana, la Polic\u00eda Nacional logr\u00f3 un importante resultado contra el microtr\u00e1fico en la comuna 8 de Neiva, mediante una diligencia de registro y allanamiento adelantada por uniformados de la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (SIJIN) y el Grupo de Operaciones Especiales (GOES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el procedimiento fue capturado en flagrancia un hombre que deber\u00e1 responder por el delito de tr\u00e1fico, fabricaci\u00f3n o porte de estupefacientes. Asimismo, las autoridades incautaron 1.381 gramos de marihuana, 500 cigarrillos dosificados listos para su comercializaci\u00f3n y 16 envolturas de clorhidrato de coca\u00edna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, el capturado estar\u00eda vinculado presuntamente a actividades de comercializaci\u00f3n de sustancias il\u00edcitas en este sector de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, registra antecedentes judiciales relacionados con tr\u00e1fico de estupefacientes, porte ilegal de armas de fuego, hurto, da\u00f1o en bien ajeno y lesiones personales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El comandante de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, coronel H\u00e9ctor Betancourt, destac\u00f3 que este resultado representa un avance significativo en la lucha contra las redes de microtr\u00e1fico que afectan la tranquilidad de los barrios y ponen en riesgo especialmente a ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades informaron que tanto el capturado como los elementos incautados fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente para adelantar el respectivo proceso judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En desarrollo de las acciones encaminadas a fortalecer la seguridad y la convivencia ciudadana, la Polic\u00eda Nacional logr\u00f3 un importante resultado contra el microtr\u00e1fico en la comuna 8 de Neiva, mediante una diligencia de registro y allanamiento adelantada por uniformados de la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (SIJIN) y el Grupo de Operaciones Especiales (GOES).
