La medida estar\u00e1 vigente desde las 12:00 de la medianoche hasta las 11:59 p. m. de ese d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La disposici\u00f3n cobija a los Sistemas de Aeronaves No Tripuladas (UAS), com\u00fanmente conocidos como drones, que operan bajo la categor\u00eda abierta, utilizada principalmente para actividades recreativas y algunas operaciones consideradas de bajo riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la Aerocivil, la decisi\u00f3n busca prevenir situaciones que puedan afectar el orden p\u00fablico, evitar interferencias con las operaciones a\u00e9reas institucionales y facilitar el desarrollo de los dispositivos de seguridad previstos para los comicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, la restricci\u00f3n no aplica para los operadores que cuenten con certificaci\u00f3n y autorizaci\u00f3n para volar en categor\u00eda espec\u00edfica, quienes podr\u00e1n continuar desarrollando sus actividades conforme a los permisos expedidos por la autoridad aeron\u00e1utica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad tambi\u00e9n advirti\u00f3 que el incumplimiento de esta medida podr\u00e1 acarrear acciones administrativas y las sanciones contempladas en la normativa aeron\u00e1utica vigente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Aeron\u00e1utica Civil anunci\u00f3 una restricci\u00f3n temporal para el uso de drones de categor\u00eda abierta en todo el territorio nacional durante la jornada electoral del pr\u00f3ximo domingo 21 de junio.
