Aunque su defensa solicit\u00f3 aplazar la diligencia argumentando que el abogado principal se encontraba fuera del pa\u00eds y que su suplente no pod\u00eda asistir, el magistrado Misael Rodr\u00edguez neg\u00f3 la petici\u00f3n y mantuvo la audiencia para las 2:00 de la tarde, autorizando la participaci\u00f3n virtual de los defensores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la indagaci\u00f3n previa, el despacho instructor recopil\u00f3 evidencias testimoniales y documentales que respaldan la hip\u00f3tesis de que el exsenador habr\u00eda utilizado su posici\u00f3n de superioridad para forzar a la mujer a sostener relaciones sexuales mientras existi\u00f3 el v\u00ednculo laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe recordar que el pasado 9 de junio el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica acept\u00f3 la renuncia de Miguel \u00c1ngel Pinto Hern\u00e1ndez, quien anunci\u00f3 su retiro de la corporaci\u00f3n a partir del 23 de junio, poniendo fin a una trayectoria de 12 a\u00f1os en el Congreso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Sala Especial de Instrucci\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema de Justicia abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n formal contra el exsenador liberal Miguel \u00c1ngel Pinto Hern\u00e1ndez por el presunto delito de acceso carnal violento.
