La jornada electoral presidencial en Neiva transcurri\u00f3 en completa normalidad y sin alteraciones al orden p\u00fablico, seg\u00fan el balance entregado por la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal y el Puesto de Mando Unificado, que destac\u00f3 el desarrollo del proceso democr\u00e1tico en un ambiente de tranquilidad y seguridad para los votantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El secretario de Gobierno de Neiva, Jos\u00e9 Ferney Ducuara, inform\u00f3 que durante todo el d\u00eda no se registraron hechos que comprometieran la seguridad en el municipio, lo que permiti\u00f3 que los ciudadanos ejercieran su derecho al voto con normalidad tanto en la zona urbana como rural de la capital huilense. El funcionario asegur\u00f3 que la jornada se desarroll\u00f3 \u201ccon total calma y sin ning\u00fan hecho que alterara el orden p\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En materia de seguridad, las autoridades reportaron la realizaci\u00f3n de cuatro capturas durante el desarrollo de la jornada: dos por orden judicial y dos en flagrancia, una por porte de estupefacientes y otra por falsedad en documento p\u00fablico. De acuerdo con el reporte oficial, ninguno de estos procedimientos tuvo relaci\u00f3n con el proceso electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, se impusieron 13 \u00f3rdenes de comparendo por infracciones a la normativa electoral, principalmente relacionadas con propaganda pol\u00edtica en lugares prohibidos y otros comportamientos contrarios a la legislaci\u00f3n vigente. La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el buen comportamiento ciudadano y la participaci\u00f3n registrada en distintos puestos de votaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras el cierre de las urnas, avanz\u00f3 el proceso de escrutinio con la presencia de la comisi\u00f3n escrutadora, autoridades electorales, testigos y observadores nacionales e internacionales.
